Benedictine Spirituality in the 'Year of the Priest' — Perspectives and Prospects on Ecclesial Life
This retreat will explore the theme of the 'Year of th ePriest' announced by Pope Benedict XVI for 2009-2010. We will seek to uncover the role and place of Benedictine monks and oblates in the contemporary pastoral life of the Chruch as we all live our vocation to the royal priesthood which we received in baptism.
Retreat Master: Father Edward Mazich, O.S.B., is assistant professor of Biblical Languages, Sacred Scripture and Systematic Theology at Saint Vincent Seminary ans master of novices for Saint Vincent Archabbey.
